USER RESEARCH  |  DESIGN SYSTEMS  |  PRODUCT UX

Solving complex problems by design.

I’m interested in the space between people and technology: understanding how users think, behave, and interact, and translating those insights into thoughtful and usable experiences.

ROMO

Relief Of Missing Out — Countering doomscrolling through mindful intervention

ROMO (Relief Of Missing Out) is an empathetic mobile experience designed to dismantle the doomscrolling loop. Starting from a collaborative social interaction project, the concept was iteratively refined and trimmed down to create a focused, purposeful countermeasure to FOMO-driven screen addiction.

CASE STUDY 02  /  Tik Tok vs IG2026

An UX analysis of In-Feed Advertising on the Pragmatic and Hedonic UX of TikTok and Instagram Reels

The Price of Scrolling: Evaluating how sponsored content impacts immersion, usability, and user retention

A comparative usability study (N = 20) evaluating how in-feed ads disrupt user engagement and interface flow on TikTok vs Instagram Reels. Conducted as a solo research project for the Cognitive Ergonomics course at the University of Trento.

CASE STUDY 03  /  Social robot2025

Supporting university students with learning difficulties by co-designing a social robot companion

From field observations to co-design workshops: Developing an empathetic, non-judgmental study companion

An end-to-end qualitative research and participatory design project investigating how social robotics can support university students facing learning hurdles (ADHD, focus loss, study anxiety). Connecting two master's courses at the University of Trento (Qualitative Research Methodology & Participatory Design), the research spanned field observations, semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and iterative co-design workshops with Dixit cards.

More Projects in Progress

Ongoing research, interaction experiments, and upcoming HCI case studies

I am continually exploring new questions at the intersection of human behavior and interactive technology. New empirical studies, prototyping experiments, and accessible design projects are currently underway as part of my Master's studies in Human-Computer Interaction, and will be documented here as they conclude.
